Who can take CEPlug™ courses?
Licensed pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, dietitians, nutritionists, massage therapists, physical and occupational therapists (including assistants), respiratory therapists, laboratory personnel (directors, supervisors, technicians, technologists), public health professionals (directors, supervisors, technicians, technologists), radiological physicists (diagnostic, medical health, nuclear, therapeutic), podiatric physicians, licensed acupuncturists, athletic trainers, hearing aid specialists, nursing home administrators, licensed midwives, electrologists, emergency medical technicians, and paramedics. Courses are Florida-specific but open to all for professional development.
Are CEPlug™ courses approved by the Florida Department of Health?
Yes — CEPlug™ is an approved provider. All courses meet Florida requirements and are reported to CE Broker within 48 hours.
How do I receive CE credit?
Complete the course (slides or video) and pass the post-course quiz with a score of 70% or higher. CE is reported for Florida licensees, and a certificate is emailed to you.
What if I don’t pass the quiz?
You can retake it as many times as needed. No extra payment is required.
How do I pay for a course? Is it secure?
We use Stripe to process all payments securely. All major cards are accepted. CEPlug™ never stores your card info.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Your email is used only to verify your purchase and send your certificate. CEPlug™ does not sell or share your information.
Can I complete courses on my phone or tablet?
Yes. All CEPlug™ courses are mobile-friendly and accessible on any device.
Are your courses accepted in other states?
Currently designed for Florida, but we’re actively expanding to other U.S. states. Stay tuned!
What if I lost access to my course page?
No problem! Just email us at [email protected] with your name and the email you used at checkout. We’ll verify your purchase and send you the correct access link.
